Processing Time

As a print-on-demand company, we need a little time to craft your custom items with care. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing, depending on the product and our current order volume. Our magical microfiber-polyester sheep require a bit of time to “wool up” and create the personalized products just for you!

Please note that orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Additionally, if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.

USA & Canada Shipping

For customers in the USA and Canada, we offer fast shipping via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, with typical delivery times ranging from 10 to 15 days—super quick!

For some UPS tracking numbers, you might not see updates until your package has arrived in either the USA or Canada. This means you’ll receive tracking information once the package reaches your country, but not before.

If you choose EMS, shipping typically takes 20 to 25 days. You can track your package at any time. While there might be slight delays during the busy holiday season (December and January), rest assured that EMS is a reliable service, and there’s no need to worry about your shipment. Europe Shipping

For our customers in Europe, we recommend selecting EMS during checkout, as it provides reliable shipping with an estimated delivery time of 20 to 25 days. While delays are rare, they can sometimes occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.

If you’re in a hurry and need your order faster, we suggest choosing UPS, FedEx, or DHL, which generally offer quicker delivery. If you choose one of these services, please remember to provide your VAT number (if you have one) to ensure smooth processing.
